Lecho with carrots without sterilization

To prepare such a spicy salad, you need to prepare:

  • Bulgarian red and yellow pepper - 2 kilograms;
  • ripe fleshy tomatoes - 3 kilograms;
  • vegetable oil - 1 cup;
  • large carrots - 4 pieces;
  • incomplete glass of sugar;
  • 2 tablespoons of salt (or to taste);
  • Table vinegar -8 tablespoons.

Cooking start with tomatoes. They need to pour boiling water and peel. Carrots are peeled and ground together with tomatoes using a blender or meat grinder. Then put the liquid mass on a slow fire and boil for 30 minutes.

While the tomato is stewing, you can begin to prepare the Bulgarian pepper. It is thoroughly washed under cold water and all the stalks are cut. Then from each fruit shake out all the seeds. Now the vegetables are fully prepared for cutting. You can do this by any method convenient for you. Very nice in a jar look large slices, half rings and small slices.

After the time, peeled and chopped bell peppers are added to the tomato-carrot mass. Immediately after this, you should throw in the pan sunflower oil, salt and a partial glass of granulated sugar.
